Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances

How to Cancel an Order

After Dispatch

• If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible
• In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If your cancellation request is approved (before dispatch), a full refund will be processed
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing may take 5–10 business days
